The articles, dispatches, checklists, tools, and other materials published on this site — including the Augere publication and downloadable documents — are general information about African agricultural value chains, trade regulation, and related subjects. They are not professional advice to any particular reader on any particular set of facts, and they do not create a consultant–client relationship. Trade regulations, MRL schedules, certification standards, and licensing frameworks change; verify the current position before acting. Acceptable use

Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of South Africa, and the courts of South Africa have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from use of the site.
